Who am I and telling all these?
I am Ayse Basak Cinar
I am a passionate leadership development and well-being coach to empower Women Leaders, Executives, Managers & CEOs to unlock and maximize their potential to Be the One they want to Become with Confidence and Resilience.
I know what is like to have so many inner critics like `I am not good enough`, `I can not Succeed`.
I was there in the `land of low self-confidence`- a fogy land where I couldn't see the happiness, success, and healthy relations out of there
I also found out a way - a strategy to take me out of there- I know how it is like to feel free, relaxed, high in confidence..
I know the pathway to resilience.
That is not only about my journey. I witnessed the journeys of many amazing women through coaching.

Ayse hosted a workshop for myself and the senior underwriting management team at the Munich Re Syndicate. The challenge was tough – how does a successful team re-engage in a post pandemic environment? Business during lockdown has survived rather than thrived, and to outline a future pathway would be critical to building the business successfully back.
The results from the workshop were fantastic. The team quickly realised they could regained that “muscle memory” as how to create and innovate together. As the session developed, the team cohesion developed too. Ideas, opinions, and concerns were being constructively shared within the group.
The subtle structure of the workshop allowed for the appearance of an informal and open discussion, but not at the expense of results. The challenging of traditional approaches to the business flowed into strong collaboration of the future of work and the workplace. Ayse ensured the workshop remained focussed without losing creativity and spontaneity.
As ever, it is often what you don’t know, or what you don’t think about, that is important. I would fully encourage any colleague to embark on such a workshop – if you don’t try, you may never know what your business missed!
Since the workshop the team is more engaged on thinking forward rather than managing the present. A great success for us all, and a huge thanks to Ayse in her skilful preparation, tutelage and facilitation.
